Apaixone-se por Sweet P e sua família

A adorável Penny, conhecida também como Sweet P (Doce P, tradução livre), é uma filhotinha pertencente ao grupo dos Pit Bulls que está derretendo nossos corações e mudando com sua fofura a percepção das pessoas sobre esses cães tão incompreendidos e julgados.

Sua nova mamãe, Candice Miller, é voluntária em um abrigo e em março desse ano, recebeu uma ligação que alguns filhotinhos precisavam de ajuda, já que a mãe canina havia rejeitado a ninhada. Ao chegar no local, apenas Sweet P e seu irmão haviam sobrevivido. Ao chegar em casa, infelizmente, foi descoberto que o irmão tinha um caso grave de fenda palatina e precisou ser eutanasiado.

Agora sem seu irmãozinho, Penny foi adotada com apenas 2 dias por uma família de cães resgatados e maravilhosos: Kilo, Roofus, Moo, Lucky e Bella. Todos eles têm uma história linda e já há um tempo que acompanhamos essa turminha.

The kids are getting all cute in preparation for mother’s day tomorrow. They said they will all try their hardest to poop outside, will only bark at every other person walking by the house, and even bought me an ice cream cake already. P wasn’t feeling the new flower crown I got so we put it on Kilo instead. He never seems to mind! ? Guys, I am so crazy proud of what we have created here. In our pittie/rescue world we constantly are confronted with sad stories, angry negative people, arguing, and judgements. But we together, 100 thousand strong now (eeeee!) have created a place of love, support, kind words, advice, and awareness. I seriously love reading all your comments, to me and each other! I’ve seen you all give strength and support to one other through my posts. How absolutely amazing is that?! It’s freaking rad! lol.
